Full Time /Part time/ casual roles available for a fence/landscaping and concreting business in the macedon ranges
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8-4pm approx
Location: primarily macedon ranges/ Sunbury
Yard located in romsey
Pay to be building and construction award + benefits and company car for the right candidate.
Qualifications & experience
* Previous experience as a Fencing Installer preferred but not essential
* Have a Construction White Card
* Have a valid Drivers License (although not essential, opportunity to come to an arrangement if local)
* Have general construction experience
* Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills and good attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual, and passionate about doing things right the first time
Tasks & responsibilities
* A high level of physical fitness
* Strength to lift heavy objects
* Attention to detail
* Compliance with safety procedures
* Ability to work in all weather inclusive
* Knowledge of building materials and practices
* Repair or demolish and remove existing fences and obstacles
* Lay out fence lines, dig fence post holes and position posts
* Mix and pour concrete and set posts accurately
* Construct fences, barriers or walls made of timber, metal, wire, chain-link, pool fencing, Colourbond, farm fencing.
* Assemble gates and hang them in position
* Use different types of machinery and power tools
