The Mi Electric crew swapped the tools for mud, obstacles and a whole lot of grit! 😂 From start line smiles to getting absolutely filthy, the team took on True Grit and smashed it! 🧡

Plenty of laughs, teamwork and questionable decisions along the way… but everyone made it out alive! 😂👏

🔥 Friday BBQ at Mi Electric! 🌭☀️

Nothing beats a Friday BBQ at Head Office! It’s always great to catch up with some of the guys from site, have a laugh and enjoy a beautiful lunch together. 🙌

A big thank you to our Project Supervisor, Cyrus, for putting on another awesome feed for everyone — you never disappoint! 👏🍔

We also had an extra reason to celebrate today, with our lovely Charley’s birthday tomorrow! 🥳🎂

🎉 A huge congratulations to Raymond Smith & Rome Paniani! ⚡👷

After years of hard work, dedication, and determination, Raymond and Rome have officially completed their electrical apprenticeships and are now qualified electricians! 👏

From their very first day on the tools to becoming fully qualified sparkies, they’ve consistently shown commitment, a willingness to learn, and pride in their work. We couldn’t be prouder to have watched them grow into the tradesmen they are today.

Today our team completed Quick Cut Saw Training with Diggerman Training, gaining hands-on experience and refreshing the safe techniques required to use quick cut saws correctly.

While most of Bundaberg was asleep, our Bundy crew was hard at work. 🌙🚦

A bird’s-eye view of our night works delivering the next generation of traffic signal upgrades. These upgrades will help improve safety, efficiency, and reliability for road users, with our team working through the night to minimise disruption to the community.

A huge shout out to the Bundy crew for their commitment, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done safely and efficiently.

Another exciting update this week! 🌿✨

A few more final touches on the Pearl Stage was completed, with the sidewalk grass and street trees now completed. We are excited to have Mi Electric with us on this development, who has been doing a fantastic job with the electrical installation. The final touches of the green pillars and street lights have now been installed.

Big things happening in Bundy 🚦✨

Our Bundaberg crew recently teamed up with the Brisbane legends, SWARCO Australia and TMR to successfully roll out the first of many Next Gen ELV Swarco Controllers in the region 👏

These new traffic signal systems are packed with the latest technology, helping improve reliability, efficiency, and overall safety across the network, a huge step forward for local infrastructure.

Today on ANZAC Day, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of all those who have served and continue to serve.

At Mi Electric, we’re especially proud to recognise our Director, Jason, who served 7 years in the Royal New Zealand Navy. His dedication, discipline, and commitment are qualities that continue to shape the way we operate today.
