One of our projects during the construction stage 👷‍♂️

The outdoor area was really starting to come together here and the concreting, patio and pool surrounds all progressing as part of the broader project.

On this Hope Island 4212 property, the ceiling is shows clear paint bubbling and surface deterioration — the kind of damage that shouldn’t simply be painted over.

At this Helensvale 4212 property, the affected area was opened up so the wall cavity could be properly assessed.

Behind the linings, there was clear moisture-related deterioration and mould growth to sections of the framing and adjoining materials. We also carried out moisture checks and used thermal imaging to assess the surrounding area and identify where moisture may still be present. 💧📷

Our client was extremely happy with the their outdoor entertaining area in Paradise Point 4216, which received a full plastering finish to create a smooth, seamless ceiling ready for painting🎨

Waterproofing through to finished shower 🚿

This new bathroom was taken through the important preparation and waterproofing stages before the shower area was completed with feature herringbone tiling, a recessed niche and brushed brass fittings.

This bedroom ceiling in Pacific Pines 4211 had been affected by water damage 💧 and needed more than a cosmetic touch-up.

The damaged ceiling was removed, replaced and finished ready for painting, bringing the room back to a clean, presentable standard.
