Personal Assistant / Office Administrator
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering phones and general office administration duties
• Reply to enquires both over the phone and with customers in the showroom
• Organise and maintain Site/Contract Specific Inductions
• Assist with ordering materials as required
• Assisting management with daily office tasks
• Diary management and scheduling of jobs
• Writing and formatting documents
• Assist with ordering materials as required
What you must possess,
• Current Valid Drivers Licence
• Great phone manor/customer service skills
• Great attitude and people skills is a must
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent time management skills
• Be able to complete tasks efficiently
Familiarity with MS Office, XERO and Scheduling Programs preferred but not essential.

Essential requirements:
• Drivers Licence
• Professional presentation and excellent phone manner
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrate a positive work attitude
• Self motivated worker
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Have the initiative to work unsupervised
• Have strong time management skills
• Be fast and efficient, and work under pressure
Position is Mon - Fri
