Customers carport had some water damage due to a badly designed downpipe that effected the main timber support beam completely rotting it out. I ended up relocating the downpipe to the front with a new gutter and replaced the timber support beam.

Some more work at the Yoogali soccer club, this time on their change rooms. They had a problem with birds getting in through the gaps in the brickwork and making a mess inside. To solve this issue, we went ahead and had some flashing made up that I installed over the holes. Now just waiting on the rest of the building to be painted in monument to match.

Some before and after photos of the Yoogali soccer club canteen that was in much need of some TLC. I removed the old steel doors that where not functioning correctly and replaced them with solid timber doors that I cut down to size and added some brackets on the back so it would double as a counter. Now there just waiting for paint.

I got a phone call regarding a downpipe that had rusted out, upon inspection the downpipe was not a standard size as it was an older building. In order to fix this, materials where sourced to custom make a new downpipe. After installation a good mate of mine Mick Napier (The Bearded Painter) painted it to match the building while he was painting the eaves.

If you need any paint work done mick is the man to call.

A good mate of mine gave me a call because his toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall, we come to find that termites had demolished the studs and made a mess. So, I stripped everything out, put in new studs along with a top and bottom plate and re-sheeted the wall for him.
