Lurking beneath the surface is a smell that cannot be described. 30 years of Uric Acid clinging to side walls of the pipe. Time for a deep clean 💣.

Roof maintenance can be vitally important to the structural integrity of a building.
Cleaning out gutters, valleys and sumps can mean the difference between a sound roof or a flooded shop floor.

Today we are carrying out our 6 monthly roof clean and condition report for a commercial client. I've done it long enough that I'm not surprised what we find on the job anymore. Gloves on for this one.

Geez the year is going quick. 1st of the month already.
