Delivered solution for a multi-unit complex.

This project involved seven rear courtyards that had become overrun and unmanageable, with ongoing maintenance no longer a practical option for the site.

Our scope included the removal of organic material and unsuitable soils, followed by the installation and compaction of a roadbase layer to establish a stable, long-term foundation. The project was then completed with the installation of artificial turf, providing a clean, consistent and low-maintenance finish suited to the constraints of the site.

With limited access and ongoing upkeep challenges, the selected approach ensures durability, functionality and a significantly reduced maintenance demand moving forward.

A considered outcome aligned with the needs of both the property and its maintenance team.

Another tight access project completed.

We removed the existing tiled concrete path and resolved underlying water and soft subgrade issues through proper stabilisation and compaction.

The area was then reinstated with a custom curved exposed concrete path, designed to blend seamlessly with the space — like it was always there.

Check out this recent turf install we did, finished with some custom curved concrete!!!

All grassed areas were tilled 200mm deep, levelled then topped and screeded with underlay prep mix from Envy Landscape Supplies before laying the beautiful empire zoysia turf from Turfworks Group .

Original pebble paver path from patio to driveway was removed and replaced with a nice clean custom curved concrete path to tie all the zones together
