PROJECT MANAGER ROLE
DMAK Plumbing are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone ideally with a strong background in commercial and residential plumbing or the construction industry, who can confidently manage teams, clients, and project delivery from start to finish.
👨🏼🔧KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing commercial and residential plumbing projects
• Running and scheduling a team of plumbers across multiple sites
• Maintaining strong quality assurance and OHS standards
• Conducting fortnightly 1 on 1 check-ins with team members
• Quoting projects
• Value-managing jobs to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
• On-the-spot problem solving and decision making
• Ensuring all site documentation, inductions, and safety protocols are in place
• Preparing progress claims
• Providing regular project reporting to management

👨🏼🔧ABOUT YOU:
• Proven experience in plumbing/construction project management (both commercial and residential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• Confident with quoting, budgeting and client interactions
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and outcomes
• Experience with Service M8 is highly desirable, but not essential, confidence with technology is a must
