The Build ME team recently completed the refurbishment of the Sapphire Academy of Sports. This project included an extension to the existing space, new wall and roof linings with insulation throughout, a brand-new amenities area, and installation of air conditioning.

📣We’re growing — and we need the right person to grow with us.

We’re hiring an Operations & Safety Coordinator in Inverell.

This is not your average admin role. And not for average admins.
We’re growing, tightening our systems, and building something solid — which means it’s time to bring the right person into a brand-new role.

We’re looking for an Operations & Safety Coordinator — someone organised, capable, proactive, and ready to take ownership. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, supporting two established local businesses.
If you’re the kind of person who likes being the one who makes things work — keep reading.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with leadership, reporting to our People & Operations Manager, and help keep both businesses running smoothly.

Your role will include:
• Managing WHS and ISO-aligned systems (9001 & 45001)
• Keeping safety documentation and digital compliance systems current
• Supporting project compliance from start to finish
• Assisting with tenders and project close-outs
• Handling finance admin across online platforms
• Supporting onboarding, HR records and training compliance
• Stepping in wherever needed to keep operations flowing
You won’t be bored. You will be busy. And your work will matter.
