A little behind-the-scenes look at our latest project at Jindyville Adventure Golf! We’re framing up the new mezzanine stairs using 300mm LVLs. For the non-tradies out there, that’s just ultra-strong, ultra-reliable engineered timber built to handle crowds. Proud to be working on this great local spot!

Core drilling through 150mm of solid granite followed by two layers of 110mm concrete bricks—all to clear a path for a high-flow exhaust duct.

When you see a clean vent cover on the outside of a house, you rarely see the heavy engineering it took to get it there. Passing an exhaust duct through a combined 370mm of dense, mixed materials is no joke.

This single pe*******on took 2 full hours of intense drilling—making it the longest, toughest hole I have ever had to drill in my career!

Here is why a brutal pe*******on like this requires exact technique:

•Engineered Precision: Maintaining a perfect angle over a 370mm distance through mismatched layers prevents internal wall damage and ensures the pipe slides through straight.

•Controlled Power: Diamond core drilling keeps the structural integrity of the surrounding masonry completely intact, avoiding the vibration cracks that standard hammer drills cause.

Maximised Airflow: A perfectly smooth, snug pe*******on means the exhaust duct fits exactly as intended, reducing friction and maximizing your ventilation efficiency.

Premium building means having the specialised gear, patience, and expertise to handle tough structural pe*******ons without cutting corners.

Banksia Ave renovation complete.

The project began with replacing roof sheets, insulation, gutters, and downpipes on the main house and garage. took advantage of the exposed roof to run feeds for the solar system since there was no roof void. The Pagola underwent repairs and battens were added for a new roof, creating a cozy covered area.

Rotten joists on all three decks were replaced after removing the boards, which were then screwed back down for .painting to apply a fresh coat.

The renovation involved numerous repairs, including replacing external doors, fixing windows and doors, repairing cladding, and replacing flyscreens.

Special thanks to .painting for their outstanding work and for integrating the solar feeds and upgrading the electrical box.
