So lovely watching the Rams shorn so beautifully, Well done boys 👏

With Fleece weighing and finess of the wool, averaging 65mm for 6 months growth.
Getting even lines is a priority in premature wool, as the CV can be quite high. Good efforts to the shed staff in the clip preparation

So classing,pressing and cleaning the shed for our client and now completing AWEX Woolclip Bale ID and digital documentation, as the Australian Wool Exchange roles out the new era of in shed Bale Barcode scanning and online specification across Australia 🇦🇺

Wool Should be prepared to the Awex Code of Practice and mixed lengths Should be separate, Why, Because it's a non conforming lot and no actual description for these lines.
Stain Should be removed,long fleece pieces shaken out and put with the pieces,this includes top notches,Oh and no Long hard shanks Should be in the breech lines at all!

Preparing wool correctly, is essential for The farmers Clip and for Awex to be able to place the classed lines in combing or carding lengths.

When it is mixed,it is usually very hard to get into the correct Sale catalogue and the farmer's lose out on profitability 📈.

Bindi of Kunmallup is a very experienced wool grower and farmer and has alot to do with WA's live sheep export trade.
