In partnership with Brisbane City Council, TLCC is proud to deliver the upgraded community space at Rikki Bailey Playground in Oxley. This project seamlessly integrates structural engineering with aesthetic landscape design to create a durable, high-quality recreational hub.

Works include:

We are proud to have been given the opportunity to complete Stage 2 of this project, following the success of the Healthy Precinct. The addition of a second basketball court, a picnic seating area, and an in-situ concrete seating wall has transformed the space into a social hub within Meadowbrook’s medical and shopping hotspot.

We, in partnership with , are proud to present the Macaranga Park playground upgrade in Carseldine. This upgrade was themed around local flora and fauna, encouraging children of all ages to climb, balance, swing, and explore.

Key works include:

✅ New custome play structure, swing, slide, and custom trail art elements
✅ New patterned rubber softfall and play mounds
✅ New softscape planting
✅ New hydraulic and drainage systems

This project successfully elevated the park to a district-level standard, focusing on nature play, with bespoke play elements, new gardens, a fitness station trail, and custom art elements, significantly enhancing outdoor discovery and community amenity.

In case you missed it on Network Seven’s Sunrise this morning, here is the Renovation Rescue big reveal!

The team at TLCC were proud to work with a group of incredible companies to create a safer and more enjoyable outdoor space for Matt Scott, a dedicated ICU nurse. And this spectacular transformation really speaks for itself – from the new and improved stairs to the beautifully landscaped garden and incredible new deck.

Led by Carpentry Australia, we’d like to congratulate Landscape Queensland Ind. Assoc. Inc., the Australian Institute of Horticulture and all of our fellow Renovation Rescue contributors on an amazing effort.
