Eco deck recently completed from excavation to footings, frame and decking. This one wasn’t straight forward as we had a septic tank in the way and pipes everywhere underground so we had to find a way to still have access to the tank for the plumbers and drill footings precisely without hitting any pipes, so the plan was a trap door and a step up in levels to give them plenty of room for servicing.

Recently completed front feature fence, enhancing the property’s street appeal. Constructed with rendered besser block pillars matched to the home, complemented by a black letterbox, aluminium batten fence panels, then finished with steel edging and Seymour toppings for a polished look.

Recently completed swale drains some repairs on existing and some new. All water now runs directly to the dam, using river pebble to line the drains and making it look the part. We also shaped and re graded a small area around the drains to make sure we have run off into the new drains.

Pool hut we completed late last year, using recycled tin roof sheets, with a mix of treated pine and cypress timbers, We also plumbed up a down ready for when the gutter goes up and prepped the surrounding area ready for turf in the future. Decking will go on at a later date.
