Waterside Electrical

⚡️ 💡 Clean lines. Seamless lighting. Quality electrical work.

A look inside this stunning modern home where we completed the electrical fit-out from lighting through to power and appliances for Craft Built Homes

From the feature pendant over the island and concealed LED strip lighting, to the sleek wall sconces, downlights, kitchen appliances and detailed finishing, every element was installed with a focus on functionality and a clean, refined finish.

The electrical work should complement the architecture, not compete with it! 👌

Feature Pendant ✨

A statement piece for this beautiful kitchen, the custom linear pendant was supplied by Richmond Lighting and is finished in live brass.

One of the things we love about live brass, is that it reacts with air, moisture and touch. Rather than staying exactly the same, it will gradually change and develop its own unique patina over time.

It also meant we had to be extremely careful during installation and gloves were a must as even fingerprints can leave marks on the raw brass finish.

A great example of how the right feature lighting can completely elevate a space!
