ARE YOU OK? πŸ’›

Are you ok day is one day a year, but life is every day.
If you spot the signs that a co-worker, friend or family member might be struggling, you can ask are you ok anyday.

Whenever you have the time to give your full attention, find a place where the other person will feel comfortable to talk.

If you are not sure where to start, think of the everyday ways you already check in with the people you care about.

A conversation and kindness could change a life.

ATC traffic has come a long way since its humble beginnings with just two utes and two traffic controllers based in Warburton.
Throughout the past 20 years, Brendan and his dedicated team have worked hard to build the business into what it is today.
They always strive to make the roads safer and protect their workers, clients, and road users.

Congratulations to ATC traffic Family on their 20th anniversary!

Thank you, .bicks.treats, for baking over 500 cookies for our traffic controllers and clients in April!

🚧 Traffic Setup of the Month – January & February 🚧

At ATC, we are committed to recognising and celebrating the exceptional efforts of our traffic controllers. They work tirelessly daily to ensure safe passage for all road users through, past or around our worksites.

We are fortunate to have Kym and Craig, our experienced auditors, guiding and supporting our Traffic Controllers daily. They play a crucial role in fostering a safety-focused and collaborative workplace culture.

For the month of January, we are proud to highlight the exceptional work of Dilhan, Steve, Simon, and David. Together, they created a great exclusion zone and a safe walkway for pedestrians.

For February, we celebrated the achievements of our Victorian winners, Hannah and Alisha. Their setup is an excellent example of creating additional space for the client while still ensuring safe passage for vehicles through the site.
By reducing the lane's size, we encourage cars to slow down, which significantly enhances the safety of our work environment.

We also extend our congratulations to Ryan, Rebecca, and Yaron from Tasmania for their excellent work in setting up and implementing Traffic Controller stations.

Safety is always our number one priority, and using Traffic controller stations creates a safer work environment for traffic controllers using the stop/slow bat.

Keep up the great work ATC! πŸ˜€
