The team at Alroe Constructions recently handed over this stunning development in Casurina Beach. Baja 61 offers incredible beachfront living for the new owners. The project consists of four boutique three-level luxury townhouses. Each townhouse presents a stunning exterior, spiral staircase, stone cladding, and stunning views from all corners of the main bedroom.

Congratulations to and his team for another well deserved award for our Sutherland St project.

The Building Designers Association of Australia hosted the 2022 Chapter Design Awards last week and we are so excited to announce that we have had another win for our Sutherland project.
