The client had a faulty transformer and dodgy connection on a 5-year-old LED strip mirror combination in the bathroom.
After fault-finding, we identified both the transformer and connection as the source of the problem.
We replaced the transformer and completed a new soldered connection to restore reliable operation before the walls were closed up during the rough-in stage.
