A customer got in touch for a switch that was jammed and one that was heating up on his "tastic" in his newly renovated bathroom. The switch was removed to find this wood screw holding the cables into the terminal.
The cheapest quote isn't normally the best option, this customer could have had a fire on his hands with this switch heating up.
