On a recent trek across the Kokoda track in PNG we were able to use our plumbing skills to help restore the villages water supply taps to working order.
Clean accessible water for drinking, cooking and washing is essential to maintain a healthy environment for the local villages & without these taps it is a long and arduous process to get water to and from nearby streams taking hours & lots of physical strength.
Love being able to help the locals along the track when they need it, we certainly owe them a lot after they looked after our soldiers during the war in 1942 & beyond.
