We’d like to share a few updates with our valued customers as Double Tap Plumbing & Drainage continues to evolve.

As a small, owner-operated business, we don’t currently have a dedicated administration team member. We did for a little while, but we’re now back to managing calls, messages, bookings and paperwork around our plumbing work. We appreciate your patience if responses occasionally take a little longer.

Kahlia will also be taking Wednesdays off to spend time with bub. Please allow for possible delays with responses and administration on that day.

From 1 October, we will no longer be accepting card payments. Due to merchant fees, we’re unable to absorb the additional costs, and we don’t want to increase our prices to cover them. Alternative payment options will remain available, and we’re more than happy to discuss individual arrangements where needed.

We’re also pleased to share that Kahlia has recently become a qualified plumber and is now working towards obtaining her gas licence. This is an exciting step forward, and once completed, it will allow Double Tap Plumbing & Drainage to offer an even broader range of services.
