​Instead of chopping out the entire floor, we retrofitted a 30mm wet area drop for this setup. It was a very cost-effective fix that kept the build moving and passed the certifier with flying colours.

​By coordinating closely with the plumber on-site, we backfilled the void, sealed the pe*******on and integrated our termite protection cleanly around the pipe and timber frame—leaving zero entry points for pests and zero headaches for the build.

This area is to receive a 30mm structural grout bed before waterproofing and tiling.
