Hey everyone! You might’ve noticed it’s been a little quiet on our page lately — but don’t worry, we haven’t gone anywhere! We’ve just been flat out doing what we do best… keeping lawns green, gardens tidy, and outdoor spaces looking great. 🌱

Thanks for sticking with us — we’ll be sharing more updates, tips, and a few before-and-afters soon. In the meantime, if your yard needs a little love, you know where to find us!

We have opened a few spots for regular lawn care and gardening.

We can also take care of any garden cleanups, hedging, pruning, mulching and topdressing needs you have.

We offer good old fashioned service at a reasonable price.

Just some helpfully info coming into the festive season and trying to make your grass healthier and greener.

(Hint: Even when you think it's not water...it's probably water 💧). If your lawn has gone a blue/grey colour, has a curled leaf or has developed dry patch this summer, it is likely not absorbing enough water. When we are experiencing 35 degree weather, the evaporation rate is high combined with hydrophobic soil equals a struggling lawn 🥵☀️. Good news! Information on how to revive is right here: 😎

If it seems like we have been quiet this week or you haven’t seen us around it’s because we would like to introduce the newest lawn fanatic to our family business.

She made her grand entrance into the world 4 weeks early and has stolen her daddy’s heart.

We promise that we haven’t forgotten about all our loyal customers and our attendance might be delayed by a couple of days.

Running a small business is really hard.

What they don’t tell you is that it can cause severe anxiety, as well as drain you mentally, physically and emotionally.

People will talk about you, compare you to others, and use you. They will even view you as a service and not a person anymore.
FRIENDS will expect discounts on everything and value you and your hard work less than a big chain store.

You have to worry about if you forget to email/message someone back, are they going to think it was on purpose? Did you disappoint them? Will they hold that against you? When in reality you just can’t get to everyone’s messages and emails as fast as you wish you could.

Starting up and running a successful business puts incredible strain on personal lives and relationships. Many of which fail because there is just often no work & life balance. You need to be the director, the worker, the admin, the marketing team, the accountant, the cleaner..... All whilst being a parent, a partner, husband, wife, family support, and friend...

There’s a reason you don’t see many people succeed in small businesses after 5-10 years. It takes a toll. It’s freaking exhausting sometimes.

Here’s a small reminder that we are just normal people with hectic lives JUST LIKE YOU. Be kind, be patient….. and hopefully more of us will stick around!
