🌱🌷💚 Exciting opportunity for Gardeners with Disability in the Melbourne region! 🏡👨‍🌾

At Mercando, we’re passionate about providing opportunities for people with disability to shine in the gardening space. More than a gardening job, we're a community committed to changing the narrative around disability.

We're currently looking for NDIS Participants who are interested in residential gardening roles. Don't worry if you need one-on-one employment support because of your disability, we have it covered! An independent gardening support worker approved by us will be on hand to provide training, transport, tools, and ensure each job is done safely. 🌼👷‍♂️

We’re proud to offer a competitive salary above the minimum wage at the level 3 award rate (Gardening and Landscaping Services), part-time work, with 11% super and leave inline with the award. 🎖💰

No NDIS funding? We’re more than willing to help you request additional employment funding, so it won't impact the current supports in your NDIS plan.

Though experience or qualifications in Horticulture is preferred, it’s not a must. Just come with a love for gardening and willingness to grow with us! You'll need to complete a police check/working with children check though.🌳🌻
