We’re pleased to announce the completion of 12 multi-unit office/factory warehouses at Foundry — 53 Sunshine Avenue, St Albans, delivered one month ahead of schedule.
 
The site is in a well-serviced location with strong appeal for business owners and tenants. Nearby amenities include Starbucks, Zambrero, El Jannah, McDonald’s, a laundromat and a 7-Eleven service station. A new Storage King facility is also under development close by, which adds to the area’s growing commercial activity.
 
Finishing ahead of schedule depends on good planning, close coordination and a team that delivers. We thank our project partners, Cap Pru and Fathom Group , for their collaboration throughout.
 
We also want to recognise the subcontractors whose skill, professionalism and commitment to quality were key to this result. Thank you to everyone involved.

Our crews are on site for the last stretch, and Shepparton’s first estate built for owners is nearly complete.

And with completion comes the final release. These are the last HQs and Spaces available at Makers Mile, and there’s no next stage behind them.

A modern multi-level childcare and kindergarten facility in the heart of Box Hill - featuring elevated outdoor playgrounds, dedicated learning and activity spaces, and secure parent drop-off, built to support Melbourne’s growing eastern corridor. This project is a true reflection of the partnerships, commitment and craftsmanship behind every stage, from design to completion.
