Second half of the week seen us in Brighton. Where we started by grinding off an old resin-stone coating to discover a nice square pattern in concrete that was in perfect condition, so after a quick conversation with customer, it was decided we would grind out the old lines to give the surface a nice pattern again before we resurfaced in a beautiful French grey and finished with 2 coats of sealer.

Last week we were back in Mornington transforming this customer’s beautiful home. We started by grinding the garage before repairing a few cracks and some big chucks missing from steps before coating with a Chris White Epoxy and flaked with Ashy Grey and finished with 2 coats of 2pk Urethane sealer for a beautiful easy to maintain finish.
We then moved onto the driveway, we acid washed then chased all the cracks before coating in a beautiful Bluestone with Black and Silver fleck for that imitation exposed agg look and finshed with 2 coats of sealer. We also spray the drain grate in Ironstone to blend in for the finishing touch.

This week we were out at the new Ridgelea estate in Nar Nar Goon. This customer had built a beautiful new home, unfortunately they were given a Charcoal driveway that didnt match. So we started by grinding off all the Charcoal then coated with a customers choice of a nice Merino with Gunmetal Grey and Lite Mocha fleck and colour matched the drain, so it now all ties in with the home.

This week in Frankston south, we transformed old stamped concrete driveway and paths. We started with a acid wash, before troweling on a cement mix to raise all the low sections, allowed that a few days to dry before returning to grind the whole surface to take off the high sections and then resurfaced with a beautiful Cream with Lite Mocha and White fleck for that exposed aggregate look and finished with 2 coats of sealer.

Back in Mornington the last 2 days giving this customers home a freshen up prior to going to market. We grinded the old paint off the garage floor and the drain grate then acid washed the exposed aggregate. Then we applied 2 coats of color sealer in French Grey and spray painted the grate in Wallaby to match.

After a couple of weeks of repairs and equipment breakdowns. We managed to get this job done last week for our customer in Langwarrin. Started by grinding the whole area followed by grinding out cracks and repairing with a Epoxy sand mix and resurfacing in Bluestone with Black and white fleck and finished with 2 coats of sealer.

To all our valued followers and customers, we have tried to maintain fair and reasonable pricing for our services over the last few years and limited the impact on customers by absorbing price rises. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable as we are being hit with higher operating costs and more price rises from suppliers. As a result, as of April, we have been forced to introduce a 12% increase in prices.
