This was a build we completed just over 10 years ago.
The design had no straight walls externally.
It brought a lot of challenges.
Nothing the team couldn’t overcome.
The owners were very pleased with the results and are living in it enjoying their new home.

The slate is very old and brittle
We replaced the rear last year.
The front required council permits to build scaffolding on the walkway.

Added steel post following engineering designs.

Our Eltham project ready for overlay flooring and then cabinets. Owners are extremely pleased at the changes and results.

Granny flat , Tiny home completed in Doncaster Melbourne
Owners are extremely happy with the completed product.
It was a fully custom design to work around the existing home.
