WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME EARTHWORKS OPERATOR / LABOURER
We’re a growing earthworks business looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 2–3 days per week.
Our work is based on the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas, with jobs also taking us outside the Peninsula depending on the project.
The role may include:
* Operating and assisting with excavators
* General earthworks and site preparation
* Truck and machinery work
* General labouring and site assistance
* Working across a variety of job sites and locations
What we’re looking for:
* A current HR non-synchro truck licence is NON-NEGOTIABLE
* Reliable and punctual
* Hardworking with a good attitude
* Machine experience is preferred but not essential — training can be provided on the job for the right person
* Must be willing to travel to different job locations when required
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
📅 Part-time work – approximately 2–3 days per week

This job was an absolute fight done late in the season client has recently sent me this to date photo of the dam filled with water after
We cleaned this out as it was full to the top with silt and w**d we also spent time deepening and widening the water catchment
