MOONEE PONDS — COMPLETED ✅

Another project wrapped up in Moonee Ponds.

This job involved:

🔨 Removal of 2 skips of concrete and excess dirt — the existing ground level was too high, restricting ventilation beneath the house and contributing to the rotting of the bearer, a critical part of the home’s structure.

🧱 New retaining wall installed.

🔥 New underground gas line installed, replacing the existing line which was not compliant.

🔩 Damaged bearer replaced to restore the structural integrity of the house.

🌿 Finished off with crushed rock and a small garden bed for a clean, low-maintenance finish

The footing couldn’t take the weight anymore of all them heavy concrete bricks, so we removed them and cladded it with wpc cladding what a transformation
