This one needed some serious attention. Failed bedding and pointing, damaged ridge areas and valleys that had definitely seen better days.

🔨 Ridge caps re-bedded & re-pointed
💧 Valleys cleaned out and repaired
🧱 Damaged/broken tiles replaced
🛠️ Problem areas repaired and sealed
✅ Roof checked over and brought back to a solid, weather-tight condition

The before photos say it all — leaving deteriorated bedding and pointing like this can eventually lead to loose ridge caps, water entry and much bigger repair bills.
