For years, people have debated “Existing Homes vs House & Land?”

The reality is, if you buy in the right growth corridor, a well selected new home can perform just as strongly as an established property investment.

Now with the latest tax and negative gearing discussions, many buyers agents are suddenly pushing hard against house & land packages.

But here’s what often gets ignored:

Another happy client and another dream home journey underway 🏡

Helping clients navigate the building process is something I take great pride in. Every block, every plan, and every decision matters especially when the land has challenges like significant fall.

Jagdeep came to us after speaking with several builders, unsure how to move forward with a block that had over a meter of fall. Together, we worked through the options and designed a home that suited both the land and his vision.

Even better, our team was able to significantly reduce the expected site costs and credit back $10,000 after contract something the client never expected.
