Meet the owners!

We want to formally introduce the two minds steering the ship here at Chestnut Homes 🛠️

We started this company because we believe local clients deserve builders who actually deliver on their promises, turn up on time, and communicate every step of the way.
Here is a quick look at who we are and what we do:
👷‍♂️ Mitchell Ames — Co-Owner & Site Operations
Mitchell is the structural mastermind on the ground. If you see walls moving, concrete pouring, or framing going up flawlessly, that’s his doing. He lives for the detail-oriented side of building and ensures our craftsmanship is second to none.
📐 Chas Eimbrodt — Co-Owner & Project Management
Chas is the one who keeps your budget tight and your timelines moving smoothly. From handling the initial quoting and material procurement to keeping you updated, he ensures your build experience is completely stress-free.

We love what we do, and we’re proud to build spaces that families and businesses can enjoy for generations.
Swipe through our page to see a bit of what we’ve been up to lately!
