Here, the floor-to-ceiling windows encourage natural light to pour in over this stunning custom marble island, and the layout makes using this space seamless. Not a bad spot to be brewing a morning coffee, prepping for a dinner party, and everything in between.

Originally built in 1909, Summerfield is one of Exeter’s oldest surviving homes. This renovation was centred on preserving its remarkable heritage while carefully integrating modern performance, sustainability and comfort for contemporary living.

Projects like this demand a different level of craftsmanship. Protecting the original structure throughout the build while still delivering the finer details and finesse these homes deserve, that’s a much higher bar to meet. It’s what motivates our team and inspires us every day.
