Why do we recommend a CCTV inspection when clearing blocked drains? 👇
Because sometimes the blockage is only the symptom, not the actual problem.
A drain can appear to clear initially, but without inspecting the line internally, there’s no way of knowing what’s happening further down the pipe. We regularly find:
• Tree root intrusion
• Cracked or broken pipework
• Partial collapses
• Offsets & damaged joints
• Heavy scale & debris build-up
This is exactly why CCTV inspections can save homeowners money, repeat callouts & ongoing frustration.
If your drain keeps blocking up, there’s usually a reason for it. If your drain blocks up within a short window of it being jetted clear, this would generally indicate you have bigger issues.
Our team will generally recommend a CCTV inspection at the same time as jetting your drain lines, or if the issue recurs.
