This big old Warehouse & Office was in a desperate need of a freshen up on the exterior. Whole exterior pressure washed then coated with a Dulux Acratex Aquaprime followed by two coats of Dulux Acratex Acratilt Low sheen in a custom blue tinted to the customers company colours

Recently completed some rotten post replacements on this front verandah. All six posts had different variations of wood rot. Posts were replaced with 88 x 88 LOSP posts & two coats of low sheen duragurd which was colour matched to the existing post colour. Also some minor work bringing the side gate back to life with some new pailings/ Strengthened frame & painted

This interior townhouse received a full interior paint that gave this townhouse a fresh look. The ceiling & walls were prepped for painting & patched where needed. The ceilings received two coats of flat ceiling white, all the walls received two coats of maxi wash Wattyl white, The timber trim work & doors had two coats of semi-gloss. The townhouse is ready for staging and to be put up for sale.

Laminate flooring install though out the house minus the wet areas
All materials were removed then the slab was vacuumed and prepped, All skirting boards had to be removed and labelled
Underlay was then laid, and Laminate flooring installed
Tri quad installed around kitchen kickboards to hide expansion gap between kickboard and flooring
All skirting boards were re-installed the nail holes filled ready for the painter to finish off

Recently completed decking Job

This entertaining area got an upgrade with a new deck
Treated timber decking frame with 90 x 90 stumps, The decking board is a Merbau 90 x 19 board which is fixed down with stainless steel decking screws, Finished off with a 140 x 19 fascia board
Once the weathering process is done the client will be oiling the deck

Polycarbonate & purlin install at Bellevue heights. The existing polycarbonate sheeting was incorrectly installed had no fall so the water was puddling. New timber purlins were installed to create fall for the new laserlite 3000 Gunmetal Grey sheeting all ready for those summer evenings
