Pergola Roof Replacement ✔️

This pergola roof had a complete makeover. The pitch was too low therefore required a change of profile of sheeting and it had aged over time. Polycarbonate sheeting in grey tint and Trimdek sheeting in woodland grey were installed to match the rest of the building structure. The gutter was also adjusted to allow for more effective water flow.

Gutter Replacement and Leafguard Installation ✔️

We recently did a full gutter replacement on this house along with some leafguard installation. The pre-exisiting quad gutters and colorbond downpipes were having issues with water flow and management of large downpours.

After removing the pre-existing gutters and downpipes, the owner painted the timber fascia and we came back and installed monument flatback half round gutters to allow for more efficient water flow to the downpipes, and the guys from jra.plumbing installed some PVC downpipes and cleared out the stormwater system.

Due to the amount of trees within the property, the leafguard was installed to effectively manage leaf litter.

Additional Downpipes Installation ✔️

After inspecting this property for gutter overflow issues, we came to the conclusion that there were not enough existing downpipes to handle and manage the flow of heavy rainfall.

After giving the gutters a good cleanout, five additional downpipes in cottage green were installed to the existing gutters which will resolve waterflow issues and management.

Gutter Replacement with a change of profile ✔️

The pre-existing Quad Gutters on this house were holding too much volume of water during heavy rainfalls. To rectify this problem we removed the Quad Gutters and installed Half Round Flatback Gutters in Ironstone to allow for better flow and management of these heavy rainfalls. An additional nozzle was installed for future external plumbing work is to be completed to assist with the management of water flow.

A nice new polycarbonate roof complete for this pergola 🙌🏼

As you can see, the previous roof had aged from the sun, was crumbling and had holes throughout. After removing the original polycarbonate sheeting, steel battens were installed for more support, grey tint polycarbonate sheeting was installed, allowing for shade cover with the right amount of sunlight still able to come through along with some custom flashing work along the sides where the pergola meets the house.

Pergola Re-Roof ✔️

We recently completed this pergola re-roof. The original roof had aged over the years and had some hail damaged polycarbonate sheets.

The owner opted with upgraded colourbond sheets on one side of the main roof and darker tinted polycarbonate sheets on the other side, still letting them have plenty of light coming in as well as optimizing their outdoor space with the right level of shade.

We also rectified a smaller issue with the owner having a leak due to the incorrect profile sheeting on a lower pitch roof by changing it out to the correct profile sheeting (trimdek).
