• 2 coats of Alka 110 100% solids black epoxy
• New Café Black flake blend from Vinyl Flakes featuring bold yellow highlights
• Sealed off with Alka 206 100% solids polyurethane for maximum durability and gloss

The yellow highlights through the flake blend really bring this floor to life, especially against the deep black base. ⚫️🟡⚪️

This roof was leaking - after membrane failure due to poor application.

Fast forward 4 years since we ripped the existing membrane up, and re waterproofed. It’s held up thanks to us! And the client trusting the process!
