We’ve teamed up with Australian Indigenous Group to design a tailored training program that helps Indigenous job seekers step confidently into FIFO mining roles.
This program goes beyond standard ticket training. It’s about building real skills, setting clear expectations, and preparing participants for the lifestyle and responsibilities of site work. We’re focused on long-term employment outcomes, not just short-term qualifications.
We’ve worked closely with Leon Walton, HSEQ Manager at Australian Indigenous Group, and the wider AIG team to create a training and onboarding process that supports Indigenous participants from day one. This ensures every candidate is job-ready, confident, and genuinely prepared for what’s ahead.
We’re not just training for tickets. We’re training for futures.
