When you confirm a job with us, we immediately order the parts and set aside time just for you.
Recently, we’ve had cases where clients confirmed work, we bought parts, and then someone else took the job.

Shame on those who don’t respect the time, effort, and cost that goes into preparing for their job — and shame on the companies that jump in and take work they know has already been booked.

From now on, any confirmed job that is cancelled after we’ve purchased parts will be charged for those parts and may incur a cancellation fee.

Your word is your commitment. Please respect our business and the work we do.
