Morning guyse! This one’s a quick one, we wanted to have a little chat about something we’ve been getting recently
‘Oh, we went with a smaller business’
And we wanted to clear the air on just how big Maximum Air is 🏡
We have our Tradesman / Founder, Sebastian, he handles every job himself, no middle man, no ‘let me talk to this person and get back to you’, just, Seb, answering every phone call and quote as quickly as he can, every question you have, he knows the answer and if he doesn’t, he’ll find it
Then there’s wife, Tenneille
She does the backround stuff to keep Seb off the computer when he’s home to maximise his afternoons with their two small children. She does things like follow up on your installl and make sure you’re happy, pays the bills that keep our business going and even makes Sebs lunch so he can eat while he’s busy making your house comfy ❄️
Then, there’s our young school based apprentice, who we recently put on to help with two man jobs one maybe two days a week, but mostly because Seb sees himself in this young man, Charlie is so determined and well mannered, we’ve not seen a young person like him in a while and hope to support his apprenticeship for years to come.
That’s it, 1, 2 and one day a week, 3
Occasionally through summer or peak periods we have a trusty sub contractor Taylor. Taylor has worked with Seb for 5+ years around air con and there’s no one we’d trust more to run the show when sebs down or out, or we just need a hand. There’s definitely been times we’ve needed Taylor and we were too slow, someone else snagged him up, but hey, we show up and get it done, he just makes the job a lot more smooth sometimes, especially those ducteds, Taylor will get in any roof and never complain when it’s like crawling through a rabbit hole.
