Just completed ! Uplifting look to this Claremont residence. Dulux Wash and ware matt for walls , Berger Aqua enamel for the trims and Dulux Ceiling flat white for the ceilings . Some great new colours in the Dulux Range worth a look .

Ready for Summer drinks on the balcony ..🍹🍹🏖 West Coast Terrace residence just completed .. Massive amount of labour went into this fantastic surfer’s home! Dulux 2-pack to all steel beams, oil-based undercoats to all exterior timbers, 4-6 coats to all exterior surfaces. Dulux Semi-gloss and low sheen finishes. Matt and satin interior. Exterior walls TuffTex Matt finish.
