A little late to the party on wrapping up FY26, but we made time a few weeks ago to bring the HUB team together for lunch... and capture a few of the faces behind the work.

It was a chance to pause, celebrate the wins, talk through the learnings and look ahead to FY27.
FY26 gave us plenty to be proud of: projects delivered, relationships strengthened, milestones reached, and a growing team who kept showing up when it mattered.

Great result at GF, 16 Ord Street!

HUB was initially engaged by Property Bank Australia to create a show suite for the ground floor tenancy.

Midway through the project, the space was successfully tenanted - a fantastic result and a strong example of why presenting a commercial space well matters.

A big plug to Property Bank Australia for understanding the value of preparing the asset properly for market and creating the right conditions for a strong leasing outcome.

The brief then shifted from show suite to tenant-ready office, with the HUB team adapting quickly to get the space ready for occupation.

Shoutout to Saba for the design work and Shayne for the construction delivery.

Five years at HUB for Giorgia.

We asked her what she has learnt along the way, and her answer felt very Giorgia: practical, honest and grounded in the real work.

Clear communication makes everything smoother. Good teamwork makes the outcome stronger. Leadership is not about having every answer, but helping people grow and feel confident. Every project teaches you something new.

And the big one: good design has to work in real life.

Not just in photos. Not just in the concept. It needs to work for the client, the budget, the timeline and the people using the space every day.

Congratulations Giorgia on five years with HUB. Thank you for the care, calm and thinking you bring to the team and our projects.

Today marks 5 years of Giorgia at HUB Interiors 🎉

5 years of countless projects, plenty of site visits, and a journey that has seen Giorgia grow from Interior Designer to Team Leader.

Giorgia brings a mix of calm leadership, sharp design thinking and genuine care for the people around her. She backs her team, keeps projects moving, and somehow manages to stay composed even when a brief, budget or programme decides to throw in a curveball.

Her confidence, work ethic and consistency make a real difference to our projects, our clients and the way we work as a team.

Team visit to Ord Street yesterday for project handover!

A great chance to walk through the finished space, see the details up close and appreciate the work that has gone into bringing the project together.

We love the exposed waffle slab, which adds character to the office and gives the space a great sense of depth and personality.

Always good to get the team on site and see the outcome in person.

A vacant suite relies on imagination.

A show suite makes the opportunity easier to see.

This project was completed as a tenant-ready show suite, designed to help prospective tenants understand how the space could work from day one.

Workstations, meeting space, breakout areas and kitchen amenity were all considered to create a clear, practical and market-ready workplace.

For owners and agents, a well-presented show suite gives the leasing campaign something stronger to work with.

Creating great spaces starts with the people behind them, and taking time to connect outside the office is just as important as the work we do every day.

Throwback: 40 Kings Park Rd, West Perth 🏢
One of our favourite asset enhancement projects and it still holds up.

We took a tired commercial building and made it somewhere tenants actually want to be. Contemporary end-of-trip facilities, a revitalised lobby that lands a first impression, and the showstopper: a fully equipped rooftop with a bar, BBQ, deck and a basketball court.
660sqm of upgrades, all designed to lift the building's amenity and attract premium tenants. Asset enhancement isn't just a refresh it's how a building stays competitive. This one's still proof.

Some projects are worth revisiting.
Golden West Brew Co was designed to be more than just a brewery. The vision was to create a destination that brought people together, balancing heritage character with a contemporary hospitality experience.
Located in the heart of Subiaco, the project transformed the space into a vibrant venue featuring an inviting indoor dining experience, a welcoming alfresco courtyard and a layout designed to support both customer experience and operational efficiency. The exposed brickwork and industrial elements were carefully retained to celebrate the building's history while creating a fresh and engaging environment for patrons.
At Hub Interiors, we believe great hospitality design is about creating spaces that people want to return to, spaces that foster connection, community and memorable experiences.

What a night. Last night's AI Sundowner at Matrix Coworking pulled a full house, and the energy in the room said it all. Conversations that genuinely shift how you think about where AI is taking us.
Big thanks to our panel, Tony Adcock, Eamonn Darcy and Daisy Sinclair, expertly hosted by our lovely Sandra Tricoli, for skipping the hype and digging into the questions that actually matter: what AI is delivering right now, what's still just noise, and how businesses are putting it to real use.
And to everyone who came down, grabbed a wine, and hung around to talk afterwards, thank you. The conversations that kick off once the formal bit ends are always the best part of these nights.
