Turning an old flat roof area that felt closed in and restricted into a pitched gable roof has completely changed the feel of the space.

Transforming this garage into a more open and functional space.

Structural LVL beams have been installed to both sides of the garage, allowing the existing piers to be removed and creating a much cleaner, open area. We’ve also raised the ceiling to follow the rake of the roof, making full use of the available height and giving the space a larger, more inviting feel.

The porch was also given a more modern look by replacing the existing round steel post with a new timber post, adding a fresh and more contemporary finish.
