You just have to laugh at some of the things we come across on jobs. We can’t share everything we find… but this one was too good not to!

10 out of 10 for ingenuity (0/10 for electrical safety⚡) – using the trees to keep the cable off the wet ground, and a plastic bag to “waterproof” the 4-way power board. 😂

But on a serious note – please don’t DIY electrical solutions like this.

It’s just not worth the risk.

🌧️ Ever seen it raining in an underground car park... from a light fitting!?

That might explain why the car park lights kept tripping!

Fortunately, this one was easy to locate and make safe. Once the concrete repairs are complete and the leak is fixed, we'll be back to install new light fittings.
