We are looking forward to this project! 🙂

We’re excited to kick off Phase 3 of the Bridgewater Masterplan Works – upgrades to the public amenities block!
These upgrades will bring a fresh and functional refresh to our public amenities.

🔧 Works will include:
• Shower cubicles
• Hot water system for internal showers
• External & internal painting
• New fixtures & fittings
• Replacement of the temporary retaining fence

🔧 What’s next:
• Works will begin outside, keeping the building open.
• Once external works are complete, the amenities will temporarily close for internal works. During this period temporary toilets will be provided nearby for community use.
• We anticipate completion of works by November 2025 (weather permitting).

Corrugated cladding and flashings we done for Bolwarra Primary School over the school holidays. We cut, fold and fabricate all our own flashings with our 8m slitter folder. 🛠️
