//Congratulations to Ben on logging the most patrol hours! If you happened to visit the club over the summer, chances are you would have seen Ben on the beach. Ben always volunteered to support community events such as the triathlon and took charge of the Flipper program with his trusty off-siders. Great job, Ben!

NECA has recognised the industry’s best at the 2023 NECA Tasmania awards.

RBD Electrical were proud to be awarded the Tasmanian Small Industrial Project of the year award at the NECA Excellence awards in Hobart on Saturday night, for the Lake Gordon Switchyard Upgrade. It was a fun night, and we would like to give a big thankyou to Dan Ball and the work crew who often worked in wet and windy conditions it was a real team effort. We would like to acknowledge the fantastic achievement of Sam Brooks who was announced as the Tasmanian NECA 2022 Industrial Apprentice of the year on Saturday night in Hobart. On behalf of everyone at RBD we would like to sincerely congratulate Sam on receiving this award. It is such a credit to him on the professional manner that he goes about his work and the effort that he put into preparing for the judging of these awards. He is soon to finish his apprenticeship and it will be a pleasure to have him join our exceptional team of electrical trades people.
