Roofing Labourer / Trades Assistant – School Leaver Welcome

Auswide Roofing is looking for a motivated labourer / trades assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent school labour or someone starting out in the trade who wants to learn metal roofing.

About the role:

Assist qualified roofers on residential and commercial metal roofing jobs
Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organised work sites
Learn tools, materials, safety procedures, and roofing systems
Based in South Brisbane, with some away work — meals and accommodation provided

What we’re looking for:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Shows initiative and can take direction
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Comfortable with heights and hard work
Driver’s licence and own vehicle
White Card (or willing to obtain immediately)

No roofing experience required — full training and support will be provided.
