Another property clean-out for us this week, removing furniture, mattresses, rubbish and unwanted household items from throughout the property.

Matt assures us his annual leave being booked for this exact week was purely coincidental.

Fletch and I remain……unconvinced 🤨

Another one cleared out, ready for a deep clean and its next chapter.

A big transformation for this one coming to the rental market soon. 🏡

Unwanted growth and pest trees gone, and the gardens brought back under control. 🌳

Went old school with this one… very old school.

Dragged out the trusty old lawn roller, took a while to get it started….then I realised I was the problem.

We’re not entirely sure how old it is, but early estimates suggest it and Fletch went to school together..😳

Both Fletch and the roller proving age really is just a number and Russ standing back in quiet admiration, clearly overwhelmed by this impressive display of technology.

Meanwhile, Wilson appointed himself Site Supervisor, closely inspecting the work while making absolutely no attempt to assist.

It’s just how we (yes I’m gonna say it)…roll 😎

Some quality soil, fresh mulch and carefully selected low-maintenance plants have transformed the front of this property, ready for its next tenants.

Not every job we do is lawn or garden related.

One of this week’s jobs involved clearing out a property that had been left with unwanted furniture, household items and general rubbish.

By the time we were finished, 1.5 tonnes of waste had been removed, leaving the property ready for a serious scrub before its next chapter.

The clean up jobs can be dirty and sometimes (like this time) a bit tough on the nose… but they’re also some of the most satisfying work we do.

Fletch even reckons his smokes tasted better once we got into some fresh air….👃🤢🚬
