Hi All,

As we continue to build our brand, capabilities and team here at MCQ Fencing we are looking to expand our services into the mining, civil and infrastructure sectors across Central Queensland.

We have an established workforce, vehicles, equipment and experience delivering commercial fencing projects, and we’re now looking to work alongside larger contractors and project teams to assist in all aspects of fencing, gates, bollards, handrails and various construction projects that align with our capabilities.

We can assist with:

- Site and civil labour
- Fencing and gates supply & install
- General construction crews
- Site maintenance and clean-up
- Minor civil works
- Installation crews
- Temporary works
- Plant and equipment
- Supervised labour/crew packages
- Project management

We’re particularly interested in subcontracting opportunities where we can provide a reliable crew and take responsibility for delivering a defined scope of work.

Project Coordinator Required!

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Flexible working hours/days can be offered for the right candidate.

There is also an opportunity for us to support the successful applicant through a Diploma of Project Management following the probation period.

Position Responsibilities

* Conducting site visits for measuring, quoting and client design consultations
* Estimating and project costing
* Procurement of materials, equipment and machinery for projects
* Coordinating project take-offs and ex*****on
* Managing safety and quality documentation/controls
* Maintaining strong communication with clients, suppliers and team members
* Contributing to a positive team culture and work environment

What We’re Looking For

* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and work independently
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Construction, fencing or project coordination experience preferred but not essential
* Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the business
