Children of all ages can benefit from playdough; the simple act of slowing down to pay full attention to something can help with emotional regulation: relieving stress, anxiety, and frustration.

When I feel busy or stressed it’s my favourite thing to make.

And it’s has endless opportunities to learn through play.

Playdough would have to be up there as one of my favourite activities
