Always an exciting part of the construction phase digging dirt and completing the slab. We poured the slab before Christmas and this project is nearly lock up , the weather has been kind helping with these time frames.

What an amazing night and a special achievement for the team at the Hia New South Wales Northern River 2025 Awards. We have managed to win two categories, Spec Home Of The Year and Kitchen Of The Year $40000 - $60000.

Big shout out to everyone involved my in team, the trades, suppliers, the delivery drivers and the clients for the opportunity to build these amazing creations.

Well done to DMB Kitchens PORT Macquarie with your attention to detail, high stands and continuous high quality finishes you deserve this award.

I would like to make a special mention to Karin as the she does so much behind the scenes especially with the spec home as this was our baby and a win we are so proud to achieve. It has been a dream of ours to build quality custom homes that we created ourselves to provide to a lucky new homeowner and it is a privalage to be recognised for our quality and design.

Another completed quality build located Hathead and designed by Jake Johnston Building design.
This project had an existing dwelling that was required to be removed from the block to commence construction of the new home.
There were a few hurdles in this construction process ( the weather being the main test ) and we started late Feb in the demo of the old house and had the new home ready for hand over in late August.
Thankyou the our team and supplier you guys are amazing with your work ethics and attention to detail. I’m Sure the clients will love their new home and thankyou for selecting Graeme Allen constructions and our team

We are excited to announce that we have made the finals in three categories for the 2025 Hia New South Wales Northern River Awards.
A massive shout out to the team for their incredible work and high standards and a special mention to DMB Kitchens PORT Macquarie with a joint award in Kitchen of the year.
The awards night is the 13th of September and we are thrilled to be apart of the recognition of all our hard work and attention to detail.

We are definitely in the swing of 2025 and would like to thank everyone for all their enquires and calls of interest for their upcoming projects. Our year looks busy but we definitely have room for some more builds for clients at the second half of this year and we look forward to showing you all some of our upcoming projects.
This was our first hand over for the year with this larger two story build we were fortunate enough to build for our awesome clients. We hope they enjoy their new home and we are thankful for engaging our company and trades for your project. 😊☑️🔨

As another year draws to an end I am grateful once again to be working with such an incredible team creating these unique projects and builds for a wonderful clients in the time frames with a high quality finish.
Thank you to all our clients that choose our team to create your dream . A huge thank you to all our trades and suppliers that work with our clients and myself as this is one of the parts I do honestly enjoy about my role.
A massive shout out to Dylan , Mason and Jayden as the boys really hooked in this year and we had some fun along the way .
With a few projects in the pipe line for next 2025 weeks look forward to the upcoming year and we wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy 2025 .
